General Information After months of wanting to run an event and contemplating ideas for one I finally decided on running a lets play event for a series that is close to my heart and gives me the ability to share it to those of you who have and haven't played the series. This let's play has been created to encourage anyone willing to complete the entire Kingdom Hearts saga from Kingdom Hearts Final Mix to the inevitable release of Kingdom Hearts 3 next year, including the HD cutscenes bundled with each of the collections. There is no competition aspect to the event, meaning everyone can play at their own pace and helping others is encouraged. The Kingdom Hearts series is filled with loveable characters, extremely enjoyable and addictive gameplay, a beautiful soundtrack, and an intriguing story. That being said, I encourage anyone with everyone with a slight interest in the game to join the event and experience all this amazing series has to offer. The Goal The event will run until the foreseeable future due to all of the let's play threads that have popped up as of late. The goal is to complete the entire Kingdom Hearts franchise before Kingdom Hearts 3 releases on January 29th, 2019! The event will still continue after that date however, and will include Kingdom Hearts 3 as well as any other future entries in the franchise. Awards To encourage people to join the event, and award those of you who do so I will be giving each participant an emblem for each game a participant completes. Every emblem was designed by Dragon-Archon so they look no less than perfect. Each emblem is related to a game, however, you can only earn seven out of the eight emblems at the moment because Kingdom Hearts 3 has not released yet. Once it has you'll be able to earn the last emblem. I’m a 5 year lurker of the site that’s been looking to be a bit more active and also actually go through and finish the KH games since I haven’t platinumed any yet so this would be right up my alley ? My memory must be acting up because I have never touched a Kingdom Hearts game before and I can't imagine joining an event and never playing the game related to that event . Sign me up!
