Like the other seasons, the third season will consist of ten episodes. It will be based roughly on the first half of A Storm of Swords, the third of the A Song of Ice and Fire novels by George R. R. I might try and do a re-watch of seasons 1 and 2 before March 31st just to refresh myself on what's happened. It's been so long that I've forgotton a few things. That really depends on your perspective on who's good and bad. You are right, it seriously does seen to be a longer time than most series. Probably because its shorter than most series as well (10 episodes).
