Weren't these free from the start? I don't have the game but i purchase all free dlc for games i know i'll buy and i've already bought this.

Free DLC costumes from the start were the swimsuit set and regular clothes / school uniforms set in Europe.

 

Edit: Actually it seems the Maid & Butler costumes were added already in June and listed as free. I just hadn't noticed them before.

The maid and butler set was already free on the EU store, downloaded it 2 weeks ago. Wish we got the Xmas stuff too.

Looks like they just added the little white part to the top piece to be more Santa-y, and called it a day.

This DLC got released in July and it's one of the free DLC costume sets.

Even though the Maid and Butler Costume Set came out earlier, I wasn't aware it had, so thanks for the heads up anyway. A shame we don't get the Christmas Costume Set in Europe, but oh well, I doubt I'd use it anyway.
