You get plenty of hidden agendas in competitive mode so no worries if you don’t get one right away. All you have to do is vote for the right person who you think has a hidden agenda (Busted), have the majority of players take an action in accordance with your hidden agenda (Deception), take an action conflicting with someone’s hidden agenda (No Dice) and like Froopy said, complete an endgame agenda towards the end of the game.
