I bought a used physical copy to investigate, i can gladly tell everyone that the online is still up and running, the only areas that got affected by the closure is Japan, LBP didn’t take off there so all LBP games had their servers shut down there, if you’re from Europe or North America, please consider playing this if you’re a fan of the series but has some fears for the online trophies (besides there’s no DLC required with this one and the online pass became free to play on the store). 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You could have used one of the several other threads regarding this subject: Free Online passes on PSN store How to play LBPKarting online (if in America) They haven't turned it off yet!
