Notebook (convicts)

Small thing, the convicts aren't actually recorded in the notebook right? I did take their picture, but they only showed as "prisoner" when their face is selected right after said picture (when the points are tallied up).  I checked the notebook, but they're not in it.  So I assume they're the only ones that don't get added into the notebook at all?

 

For reference, I did take Adam's picture and he was in said notebook afterwards (though unknown info, as I didn't beat him  ).

For all of them, or most of them, I think you just need to encounter the psychopaths, and their info will go into your notebook, as for how it works is that Frank learns about them, I think. Like with Adam, you didn't defeat him, but you still acquired info about him. Just make sure to trigger the battle encounters with the psychopaths.
