So a fairly slow year for me in terms of sheer numbers, but I went for a lot of longer plats this year, and I also focused on going back to older games to finish up DLC and what not to get the 100%. Guide writing also took a large chunk of my time, but I'm pretty happy with how that turned out. I figured it was about time I gave back to other trophy hunters considering all the guides I've made use of over the years. 

 

Next year I'll definitely be hitting 200 platinums which will be nice. I'm gonna do my best to get through as much of my PS3 backlog as possible and hopefully finish off more of the games I left incomplete years ago.

Really surprised at how many plats I got this year, especially considering I was actually pretty busy compared to 2016, and even delved more into my non-Playstation backlog. That being said, quite a big chunk of those plats were easy, "complete in a single day on the weekend" type of games, or just easy plats in general.

I also finally managed to fully complete my backlog of Ratchet and Clank games this year. Now to just complete my Metroid and Zelda backlogs...

 

I managed to over-achieve my goal of getting 100 platinum trophies this year as well. Was actually starting to think I wouldn't get 100 before 2017 was over.

This year, I think I'll aim for 130 platinums. Less ambitious, but I'm also graduating this year, so I'll hopefully be getting a job around mid-late 2018, which will likely mean less time for games.

wow. I wish i paid attention. May have tried to get 60 this year. However either way, Going all the way back to 2008 when I got my first Platinum. This is by far the best year I have had. Time to see if I can beat this next year.
