Maxximum Posted December 14, 2017 Share Posted December 14, 2017 I've done everything possible. I won some races, speed tests, challenges and some other multiplayer game mode. I read online that you need 20,000 SP to unlock the next Speed Level, and I'm sure I've earned way more than that. Like I said, I tried everything (maybe excluding unlocking mods or anything of that sort), but I'm still at Speed Level 1, while others are at 71, 45, 23, 41, etc. Any help would be gladly appreciated.
