KitsuneChaos
Just got back from seeing The LEGO Movie. Great movie, and certainly helps to put you in a genuinely good mood. Pleasant surprise to see members of a cast I was unaware of. Charlie Day specifically had me laughing to where I could no longer breathe. Literally. RisewithBane
Watched 'Warrior' a few weeks back. An extraordinarily powerful film. At it's core; it centre's on the struggle of a father who desperately wants to re-unite his broken family. In his attempt to do so, his opens up old wounds and takes the pain. Why? Because fathers take what sons throw at them. Although, Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton are the two main leads of the film. It is *Nick Nolte who steals the show as the aggrieved father. God bless him. There is a reason why this film has made grown men cry and inspired an entire generation of young adults to take up MMA or other form of combat (proving that it is an adequate fighting film). By the time "About Today" (the main title track done by The National) plays during the closing scenes of the film, you will be emotionally exhausted. Such feeling of emotional fatigue is rare. *Nick Nolte - nominated Best Supporting Actor 2012 Oscars for Warrior.
