Will this be faster to plat if i purchase stuff in ps store?

I saw that you could buy xp boost, coins and other things in the store. Does it help the to lower the time to plat this?

Probably, not sure. But why waste money on it? Its going to be a time consuming platinum trophy regardless.

what lowers the time to plat this game is view the video guides to complete missions without much trouble. If you want to waste money in speeding things like producing weapons and items, it's up to you. I would use that money to buy other games.

No, purchasing things won't really decrease the platinum time.  They mostly used to build up / add FOBs.

The DLC uniforms and weapons are nice but they won't help you much.

XP boost would be a waste of money if you don't plan on playing Metal Gear Online. But you can buy FOB's with coins which will increase your staff limit so your units will level up faster. 

The more FOB's you build, the more materials you'll be able to process while you're not playing the game, too. I wouldn't do it though if i was only going for the platinum. It's not going to save you much time.

If you use your time wisely, no, it won't really speed things up. It speeds development time (which is nice), but it's not like it'll earn 50 S-RANKs and complete 100 side missions for you.
