How do you get the Item 'Hospitality'

     I wanted to get the achievement 'Accessorizer' on my ps vita, but the game refuses to give me the last object I need, which is the Wall Item object, "Hospitality". I am aware that it costs 1000 diva points and the only way to get it is by raising any character's friendship level to level 5. I have completely maxed out all 6 characters friendship levels to as high as it could go, yet I still never unlocked the object. I even waited 24 hours to see if it would pop up then. but it did not. What should I do?
