Especially since I can't even really say what some of those logos are supposed to show. I can see the P in some, the S in most. To be honest, it took me a long time to tell that the logo was a 'p' and a 's' and I always get that one confused with the Nintendo 64 logo. Mad-rise Posted January 10, 2018 Share Posted January 10, 2018 (edited) A lot of people just got to used to the logo that they have now, that's why they are so dismissive of the rest, you can barely tell it's an S on the logo they chose. You can see the same dismissal in fans when a company changes branding or just changes their logo, it just feels too different for them, like they are not the same anymore and they associate that feeling by thinking it's "bad" and "it would never work". The only 3 I liked were... 1. #20 (obvious reasons) 2. #19 (obvious reasons) 3. #3 I actually really like #3 because the color scheme reminds me of the original, but the rest of them are really bad IMO. Auto-Tomato Posted January 10, 2018 Share Posted January 10, 2018 1,2 & 10 look ok for the era, dated now, 3 toothpaste, 4,7 & 9 logos for art shop materials, 5 does indeed look like a PS5 logo, with a tweak or two, 6 is inexplicable, 8, 12 (a little abstract) & 15 look like r8 or rs, 11 is phat, 13 is trying too hard, 14 the mark of the Belgian National Orchestra, 16, 17 & 18 quirky card shop branding, 19 & 20...the comfort zone. 19 for the colours.
