DLC access after end game?

Hey i am almost done with the base game and i would like to know a few things about the dlc. 

1. Can i access the dlc after end game or does it just launch ng+ straight away?

2. Does the DLC difficulty increase in ng+?

You need start a NG+, and yes, a bit difficulty

thanks for the reply! already 100% the game and yh i did the dlc before doing the end boss and i don't regret ^^ P.A.X in NG+ was a nightmare so i can't imagine the dlc ^^

In the DLC there are very useful implants, it is better to do it at the beginning of the game, I started to play after the fourth boss and it was very useful at the end of the game and in NG +

The DLC adds some really great upgrades to your drone and your character. 

 

Plus, the final boss of the DLC is more fun and challenging than any of the main game bosses.

Personally I use one of the dlc suits almost maxed out and I did the dlc on ng+. I felt it was harder but not much after grinding so much in my first play. It's been a while but I use the suit that either helps with health or stamina. Its blue and not a mascot. Lol
