Master Craftsman Trophy not popping

I've been trying to get the master craftsman trophy to pop for awhile now, I cannot for the life of me find any high end blue prints in this game. I tried doing what the guide suggested, which was craft high end material but that didn't work.

 

1. Where can I find high end blueprints?

2. Anyone know if the high end material don't count anymore?

I found where to get high end blue prints, in the Terminal. The trophy only popped when I crafted a high end weapon. Everything else I tried didn't work.
