It gets "rereleased" on the store like that because that's the way they add cross-buy to it with the Vita version out now. Also don't forget that if you own the game from PS+ it'll become "untied" to the subscription (i.e. it'll be yours forever) It's like one of those glitches that happened several times in the past lol. This means that you don't need PS Plus anymore to play these games. The same happened to Oddworld New n Tasty, Hotline Miami and, most recent, Super Motherload.
