Digital and Physical save data

I have these 3 games in the digital version. I want to earn the Sly minigames trophies but they are only available in the physical copy. A friend is going to lend me the game tomorrow. I've the three save datas of the games for the digital version, does this save files unlock all the minigames? Or do I have to complete the prologue of the three games in the physical copy tomorrow?

I've done this. There are different save files for the digital to the physical save datas. So I had to start the three games again in the physical one.
