Trophy Guide Videos (WIP)

Hey guys,

 

its Rubhen here with another thread for some trophy guide videos. This time for this massive game. I'm like 20 hours in and only have like 11%. So that's why this is a Work in Progress (WIP) thread. As I earn the trophies, I will quickly make the videos that need it and I will update the thread.

I got a few by accident. If you go to the PS4 home screen, the game is still running in the background - I got the anorexic one because I pressed the PS button and went off and totally forgot about the game - I basically caused myself to starve to death! Got insomniac the same way as well.

Glad they're being helpful I have more trophies recorded. It's just I've recently started streaming on twitch and boy, I'm addicted to it. Will get the rest I have uploaded by tonight and tomorrow morning.

Yea I left my console on and passed out for like 2 hours. Came back and the trophy already popped lol

i'm curious tho: i read in many reviews that it still has a ton of bugs and crashes on PS4 quite frequently. did you have any problems with crashes so far?

 

i think i will wait for the next patch before giving this one a try tho', seems like they fix quite some stuff and even some quality-of-life things:

"save and exit" definitely sounds like something i would really prefer over the current save system, i guess. and how i understood it so far, fixes to the lockpicking and pickpocket minigames are also very welcome!

Quest related bug fixes is what this game needs
But you are right, the lockpicking minigame really needs improvement on PS4...

I don't understand the issue people have with lockpicking, it's dead easy. I can pick an very easy lock in about 2 seconds and a very hard lock in about 6 seconds. I don't think people know what they're doing rather than it being hard, find the yellow orb with the right stick, put your left stick in the same position as the right stick (on your controller) and then slowly rotate both thumbs anti clockwise at the same time. The yellow orb never moves, it's in the exact same position on the circle the entire time it rotates, so as long as you can move both of your thumbs at the same speed you could lockpick with your eyes closed.

 

There's no rush either, there's no time limit, your locks wont break if you don't rotate when the orb isn't yellow so I don't get why people have a problem.

I honestly don't think lockpicking in this game could be any easier, I'm probably 3/4th through the game and haven't once broke a lockpick.

Not everyone is the same as you lol. You might struggle in other aspects where others might find it easy. The general consensus is that the lockpicking is a bit hard.

Does anyone know how to raise you reputation with soldiers in merijohd? I completed the pestilence side quest and cured everyone but my reputation never improved.

Locking was tricky at first 

 

Just do very easy if u wana do easy use a padfoot potion

Get durable locks asap and ur good.

Lockpick was hard initially then got easier as it should he dont give up.

The description of the Pilgrim Trophy is very misleading. The trophy just popped for me after I looked at a painting at the inside of a church in Rattay.

You just have to find 90 of them all (crosses, paintings and shrines). You can keep track of how many you interacted with at Statistics - Quests - Piece of Arts (? Don't know, if it's called like this in English, sorry )

Good catch. Thanks for pointing it out. I already got my trophy but it's useful info for others.
