I highly doubt that we would need a walkthough for this type of game, as the game is very straightforward.

How do you even continue after level four? The proceed and level select are always greyed out and no button combination seems to let me proceed. 

*oh, my god. It's a touch screen. Wow--just press next level on the screen--not that anyone is probably as stupid as I am lol

I remember some of those enemies taking five or six hits to kill.  How did you get past them so quickly?
