Game causes system crash

I’ve been playing the game for about 3 hours now and twice it has frozen and caused my PS4 to completely lock up. I’ve ended up having to manually power it off, restart and let it run through the HDD check process. It shows a system software error code when I load back up. Both times it has happened mid-race on the Blue Paradise - Pacific Ocean track. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

Digital version. I have the plat now but I did have a 3rd crash towards the end of the game. It was a blue screen crash. After the blue screen my PS4 crashed as well and reset itself

Gratz to the plat. Just ordered the game. Like all the milestones games. 

My ps4 often frozes, so I'm curious about it....

It happened to me twice now. On the same track on the same spot. I have to completely shut off the power (pulling the plug)

With this game my PS4 pro blows at full range continuously, and yesterday it crashed during an online session.

This game turns the PS4 into a helicopter. Hope it doesn’t actually overheat and force my console to turn off.
