Like a Train! Trophy

What is the vehicle/track combo that got the trophy for you guys? It seems like every time I start to get high speed there is always a bump not to far ahead that sends me flying and resets it.

I managed to get it on the alaska checkpoint race - lumber mill. There's a down hill bit and got it without trying.
