igs63 Posted December 9, 2019 Share Posted December 9, 2019 Surgical Strikes appears to still be buggy as it didn’t unlock for me. Luckily I have Curse of the Pharoahs and had boosted the level of my save, which creates a backup so I just boosted the level again and played the DLC again... after assassinating only Ampelius I got the trophy, it would appear I must not have used the hidden blades on him in my first run.
