Have trouble to reset my password

i forgot my password for this account (I was logged in on this laptop) and want to reset it. But problem is I dont get emails and either is in junkmail or in my mail.

Either the password retrieval auto-mailer is broken in the site. Or you are checking the wrong email account.

 

The other possibility is that your email service provider is auto-blocking emails from this site too. Might want to check your block and security settings for the email you think is the one you signed up with.

Email is correct and I didnt block anything with psnp. Im with outlook / hotmail

You can just generate a new code to reset password:

 

 

Although it's worth noting when my sister did this, it actually generated a code that was censored by Sony. I assume this is extremely rare and it kept giving her the same code everytime she tried for a new one (so not sure how long the cooling off period is). Anyway she didn't really care enough to pursue it.
