What Live Performances Have You Seen?

I love to go see live music but unfortunately I don't get to *see* many shows, however I am a sound technician so I get to work at a lot of gigs.
I have been to see (in no particular order):

Green Day - 10/10 - the reason I started to play the guitar and they certainly didn't disappoint.
Bowling for Soup - 9/10 - seen then about 3 times and loved it every time, such a fun night.
Patent Pending - 10/10 - my favourite band currently, really nice guys and super pop-punk songs that can be followed up with serious im gonna cry now sort of tunes.
People on Vacation - 6/10 - Jaret Reddick is awesome, don't really like anything else about this band though.
The Dollyrots - 3/10 - very average and pretty boring saw them as a support act/
All Time Low - 4/10 - too much swearing and a terrible mix for the sound made this night drag.
Kaiser Chiefs - 7/10 - they were supporting Green Day, very entertaining especially the songs I knew they really got the crowd going.
McBusted (don't laugh im aloud a little fan girling) 7/10 - Ok I didn't get to see Busted before they broke up so I had to go when they made a band with McFly.
Slash - 10/10 - its Slash of course its 10/10 ha ha.
Black Sabbath - 10/10 - felt like I had been in a war at the end of the night when the moshing finally stopped!!!  lml
Brain Addams - 7/10 - such a lovely night, went to this concert with the family and the mix and staging was really good.
And loads of local bands and unknown bands :)

I've been to a shitton of concerts, but the four most noteworthy were probably

Yelawolf

When giving a concert, i think it's important to show your audience that you're having fun and i've never seen anybody have as much fun on stage as Yelawolf.

Snoop Dogg

When you're on stage with Ice Cube, two half naked women and a dude in a dog costume and still manage to get everyone's attention on you alone you've gotta be doing something right.

Metallica

It's Metallica, of course it's awesome.

Roger Waters

Way too little audience interaction in my opinion, but dat lifeshow was amazing tho.

EDIT: I forgot OutKast and NaS. How the hell did i forget that?

I wanted to see ADTR but then they rose their ticket prices for every tour to $40 (which is way too much for their genre)

Pretty much only 93.5 Krush Groove concerts, so old school west coast hip-hop. I've been to one with recent rappers and that's only because my oldest sister dragged me along.

I haven't been to any actual metal concerts, just a bunch of gigs and no one famous. ;) I want to catch Slayer in November on tour!

I used to see a lot of live music when I was in college.  Probably saw Papa Roach about 30 times at between free and $5 a pop.  Saw Oleander a bunch of times as well but the big ones for me were.

Stone Temple Pilots - First event at the (then) newly opened Sacramento Valley Amphitheater

Tool - Arco Arena - just after Laterallus was released

Rage Against the Machine - Arco - Battle for LA tour

Sting - Sac Valley Amp - my dad and I both loved the Police and Sting so we went together

I live in the middle of no where pretty much so it's hard to get into the city and see bands when they come through. I have seen the ones listed below, though.

Skillet
Flyleaf (When Lacey was still lead singer)
Tedashii
Tom Cochcrane.

If I had a ride, I could have seen For Today, Devil Wears Prada, Memphis May Fire, and RED

Yeah that is quite a lot. :/ Though I must say that the ticket prices are quite ridiculous in general, at least in Finland. Anyway, I'm not a huge fan of the band but I was lucky enough to see them in a festival and it was a pretty good show.

Oh boy!  More than I can remember.  Lessee, first concert was Queensryche Operation: Livecrime back in '91 (yes, I'm dating myself there).  Suicidal Tendencies opened for them.  I've seen Van Halen 3 times, back in '91 with Sammy, '97 with Gary Cherone (one of the worst concerts I ever went to. The crowd was laughing at Cherone.  He was NOT Van Halen!), 2 years or so ago at MSG with Diamond Dave!!  Korn I've seen 4 times.  The best concert I ever went to was Korn Untouchables Tour 2002 at MSG.  Had general admission. Was 10 feet from the stage and Korn killed it!!  Korn in '98, again in '02 and just this past summer on the Mayhem Festival with A7X.  I've also seen Madonna, Celine Dion, Heavy D and The Cover Girls, Bush over the years.  Saw Armin Van Buuren at MSG this past April.  He rocked The Garden!!

Yeah, I listen to most everything/anything.

I went to WWE event this April or May   ( cant remember   ) I loved it except my seat row was about 8th so I couldn't really see the ring properly. Luckily people sitting in front of me walked out and never returned and I could finally see the ring without having to stand up  .

I'd rate the show 4/5

It was just a tour not RAW ( wish it was) so there was no mic work.
But I did see Finaly as a security guard  B)

The first performance I went to was Paramore in Cardiff, Wales

Secondly I went to Download festival in England where I saw Tenacious D (honestly that's the only band I wanted to see)

This year in July I went to see a Japanese group of girls I was following closely for the longest time their names are Berryz Kobou and C-ute (12 girls in total)

In November I will be seeing Babymetal in London :)

AFI (x2, will be x3 when I see them with Smashing Pumpkins in August) - very good live.

Blaqk Audio- good live.

Joan Jett- very very good live.

Blondie- she needs to retire these days, sounded terrible live.

Yellowcard- good live.

Blink 182- good live.

Fall Out Boy - decent live. Most of their new music they just stand around to a backing track.. lame.

Simple Plan- good live. was shocked.

Rancid - weren't great live either.

Bad Religion - decent live.

Taking Back Sunday- Worst band ever live.

Brand New- decent live. Singer was pitchy most of the night.

Panic At The Disco- Good live.

Weezer- Great live.

Twenty One Pilots- Good live.

John Bellion- Decent live.

Judah & The Lion- Terrible live.

Andrew McMahon In The Wilderness- Only heard a few songs, but honestly didn't think they were anything better than average.

There's others I've heard live but not familiar with them because of them being so small and unknown. Most I forgot about after that night because they weren't great.

I live near Boston, so I've been ridiculously lucky with the concerts I've been able to attend. My all time favorite by far was seeing The Killers @the Garden in 2017. They were phenomenal, amazingly talented, and you could tell they were having a blast and so was the audience. Close second is seeing Coldplay @Gilette Stadium, also 2017. Tied for third/honorable mentions, but still an amazingly fun time: Scott Bradlee's Postmodern Jukebox (multiple times, always a blast, lots of fun, ridiculously talented musicians), Imagine Dragons, and Weird Al. All of which were such a blast to see live! But none compare to the legends (in my book) that are The Killers!!!! Also, special shoutout to being lucky enough to see the Phantom of the Opera and Hamilton live!!! Well worth it and amazing live experiences as well that I will forever cherish!!!!!
