Basically, the PS4 ver coming out has Guardian and FB on it. They compressed the trophy lists a lot, instead of reusing or making two PS4 lists for the game. Both re-use images from the original game too, I think.

 

I probably won't get PS4 version, personally. Maybe as digital sale in a million years.
