Phazorix
The original Mirror's Edge from 2008 looked so good and still looks better than most things to this day, even more so on PC, with the lighting, color palette and high res textures used in the game helping it still look great 10 years later and I still love the atmosphere, more than the catalyst reboot even. The trailer from back then showing gameplay is still one of the best as well. Edited April 3, 2018 by Phazorix

DrBloodmoney
Well, I haven’t played it, but from videos etc. I’d probably say Cuphead. It’s a big ask, as there is graphics, design and art style to take into account. Some other very strong contenders would be: Dust: An Elysian Tale Dishonored 2 Resogun Brothers Bioshock / Bioshock Infinite Horizon Zero Dawn What Remains of Edith Finch Everyone’s Gone to the Rapture Proteus Trine 2 & 3 Journey The Witness Final Fantasy XV The Unfinished Swan Assassins Creed Origins / Unity Unravel Ico Kirby’s Epic Yarn Little Big Planet Mad World Hellblade: Senua’s Sacrifice 3D Dot Game Heroes Child of Light Dark Souls 3 Salt and Sanctuary Wheelsof Auralia Super Mario Galaxy 2 Thumper Dark Chronicle Lone Survivor Far Cry 5 Guacamelee Hotline Miami Yikes - that list got looooooooooog I don’t consider every game on that list great (or even good - looking at you FFXV ) but they all have a great look to them, and the graphics / art style either enhances the experience or keeps you playing after you might otherwise have stopped.
starcrunch061
There are a lot of great looking games, with a lot of different styles. In recent memory, I would go with Persona 5. For all time? I might pick Saga Frontier 2.
grifteskymfning
Journey, Aer, Rime and even Semispheres. I like them artsy.
NanaCheese94
Tomb Raider had some really stunning visuals. It was on the PS3 so maybe I'm just easily pleased though. Far Cry 5 is really beautiful too and of course Bloodborne. Also Everybody's gone to the Rapture was amazingly beautiful.

Martain2
How has nobody said Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag yet? It may have been surpassed by more recent games in the series but seeing those beautiful golden islands whilst sailing in the sun never got old. pinkrobot_pb
For me they would have to be games where the graphics immediately pull me into the gameplay. So I will pick these three: L.A. Noire Mirror's Edge Bioshock Infinite.
Juzota
Probably Everybody's Gone to the Rapture. Too bad I didn't like the game that much, but hey at least it was pretty.
