Platinum Trophy Guide Walkthrough (3-4 hours Easy Platinum!)

What’s up guys, it’s rubhen here with a trophy guide video. I know it’s been a while since I made one, so hopefully I’m not rusty on this.

 

The game that we are focusing on today is called Metropolis: Lux Obscura. This is a story based game with comic book like cutscenes, and candy crush like tile matching gameplay. The gameplay can be random, so I can’t help you there. What I can do is make a concise walkthrough on how to get all the trophies in the game, without wasting too much time, as there are numerous missable ones. If you follow this guide you should have the platinum trophy within 3-4 hours, depending on how unlucky you get with the fights.

 

The game has 24 trophies, with 18 story based ones, 5 miscellaneous combat related ones, and finally the platinum trophy. I will focus on explaining how to unlock the 5 miscellaneous trophies first, and then show the walkthrough for the other story based ones. The combat related trophies are truly random, so you’ll have to get lucky with them on your own. Still I have some useful tips.

 

Now guys, this is a walkthrough. So I will be skipping all the cutscenes I can, and only showing the gameplay moments, and the moments that involve getting the trophies. The story you can experience on your own!

weird there is a thread on playstationtrophies.org mentioning that many people are suffering with this problem. Try reinstalling the game and restore your licenses. Not much else I can say there

So i deleted my save game n started n over n everything unlocked. All im missing is the like chuck trophy for 100 damage in a single turn. Great guide, thank you

Yea it would of been a shame as this is a pretty cool game. I just have 1 thing for you: in your guide u have the words are loaded pistols trophy unlocking with the trap trophy. Ive played both the NA n EU version n both times that trophy unlocked with the choices we make. I followed your guide both times. Again thank you for the guide!!

I completed the EU stack. No Issues. 

 

Then i went for the NA stack and the damage trophies won't unlock. I also done 200 damage in one move. All completed all endings.

 

I'll delete all data and try again.

Been having trophy glitch issues myself. Both PS4 and Vita (NA Regions). Ending trophies and Words are Loaded Pistols to be exact. Not good. Good game, which makes it more unbearable.

 

EDIT: Got both Plats but had to reinstall at least 6 times between both versions. Interesting game but this took a lot of the enjoyment out of it, sadly.

I’ve done both PS4 stacks now using this guide. The “Words are loaded guns” trophy unlocked at the end of step 2 of the guide, not step 1. You can also save some time by making a separate backup after stage 9 of ending 1 and combining it with ending 3. Finally, the “Goldie” trophy unlocked upon starting the “This Love” mission, removing the need to carry out step F of the guide. 

 

Nothing glitched out (except possibly “words are loaded guns” not unlocking during step 1). The damage trophies unlocked independently on the EU stack (I didn’t have to combine them as mentioned in the video). I did have a beneficial glitch during the NA stack. I dealt around 60 points of damage and both the damage trophies unlocked together. 

 

Thanks for the guide! With a bit of streamlining it would be perfect but it still saved me a huge amount of time
