For further guidance, you could even contact hutchy or dumdeedum and those two (who legitimately obtained the platinum) will confirm, as dumdeedum has already told me, that yes, anything anyone builds so long as you are in game when they build it, every staircase, wall, floor, etc. that anyone builds counts towards this trophy.
