It was actually available on PS Plus when it first launched back in April 2017. And while it happened a few times that games were available for free twice, I'm pretty sure it won't happen again for Drawn to Death. Unfortunately. It was also on sale just a few weeks ago for 999 Yen, the offer ended on April 18.
