I have one last game completed this year:

 

The Mysteries Of Little Riddle All 37 Trophies 31st December 2020 • Completed in 8 years, 1 month   I've tried this game as it had the first episode free, so now I had to buy the remaining episodes to complete the game. It's easily done with a guide, and it actually has some fun and challenging puzzles. I'm done for this year, and I'll try to remain completing games from my backlog, but i believe I'll focus more on games that have been sitting on the shelf (physical and digital) for too long without being played even once. Like a superhero in the nick of time, got the Spider-Man plat in 9 months, 2 weeks. Rarity 47.06%

Another leftover from KYC this year. That's what I get for trying to do a full roster while sticking to big games. At least I'll only be carrying the DLC into the new year. Overall, I'd say this was the most fun/relaxing game I got to play this year. & I was surprised with how much content there was. Judging from the rarity, I thought: Ah, just a weekend length game. Between the story, quests, crimes & challenges, there's plenty to keep busy with. Wasn't tedious either until waiting on the last handful of crimes to spawn. I liked the pigeon challenges, but taskmaster's bombs & drones can do one.

Combat was fluid, reminded me of Batman's. Except I had less deaths playing Spider-Man. I failed more stealth sections then anything (I have no patients for those). Pretty sure when going for an ultimate difficulty run that opinion will flip & I'll look forward to stealth.

For now though, I'm happy with the plat. It brought my completion back up to 90%, one of my goals for the year. I'll share my thoughts on my backlog this year & plans for next later. Time for some new stuff. Happy New Year everyone!

Does "as done as I'm likely to get with it" count? Figure I'll update my list soon and there are at least a couple I have that are obtainable but not worth the bother; mainly PS3 with online. No point in keeping them listed if not.  ?

 

Just asking since WD2 was skipped (which isn't a problem). Not likely to get that plat unless I wind up with a PS5 and self-boost.

In the Rules it is enough to have played throught the story so i think as long as that is done^^

All can apply as long as the first trophy earned is 6 months or older. Story completion is rare to use for a count, but that is an option.

Finally finished up Rime - 2 years and 3 months. Good way to round out the year. I’d missed one collectible and another random trophy in chapter 1, and the idea of replaying that chapter again after finished the game kept me away. In hindsight that was pretty stupid - I’d already nearly finished chapter 3 and only had 2-3 hours left for the plat.

We could try something like this? I usually don't post the rarity unless the game is "Rare" because everything above the 5% isn't gonna make the monthly list anyway and personally the rarity doesn't bother me that much. Also you cant copy the entire row from your profile cause the trophy icons dont keep the correct format (see below).

I’m currently working on Gundam Breaker 3 on my Vita. I got back into the game in December and I’ve been making great progress. It’s quite a bit of a grind but I am loving it. Also @Gretchen27 I do believe @Ich1994-1994 had the oldest game completed for December with Need For Speed at 11 years 1 month.

Posting this is okay to quickly see. Still listing the percentage is helpful. I wouldn't know the game rarity for something I've never played.

Good idea with the monhtly line, I will add that in the feature. We can also add the percentage in the same line if that makes it even better?

January update time! Because I finished Hand of Fate super early I squeezed another game from my backlog into the January slot - Rogue Galaxy. I'm aiming to have this done by this time next week as i've pretty much finished the main story content and now i'm taking a break to grind some levels and finish some of the side content. At the moment i'm working my way through the bounties and increasing my hunter rank. The last few trophies are a bit of a grind-fest so I'm planning on throwing some TV shows on and pushing my way to level 99 over the next few evenings and the weekend.

 

Once I'm done I'll pause on my backlog until Metal Gear February as I really want to try out the Trails of Cold Steel franchise after buying the first game in the series, which will likely take up most of the rest of January. Hope everyone is doing okay and 2021 is as stress free as possible so far.

I completed Helldivers this month. Im not sure if im headed for the yearly challenge again at this point. Even though it certainly helps clear my list out.

 

Helldivers was a psplus game that I added and it took me years to complete in the end. Despite that I highly recommend it as a top down shooter and collaborative multilayer game.

 

It is a grind of sorts but enjoyable with a good team.

Do you have any tips for Rogue Galaxy? I’m stuck on Chapter 7 I think. The boss I have to fight just one shots me everytime. Also, I see you have Divinity on your list, I too have to complete that game so if you’d like a partner and don’t mind playing the game 2-4 times(cause  only the host gets trophies) send me a friend request and I’d be happy to play!

That's really kind of you! Sure I'll no doubt need some company on that journey in a few months time, i'll send a request as soon as i'm out of work. As for Rogue Galaxy - the Seed fight wast a pain in the ass because it's one of them you aren't meant to win. So you basically have to survive for a minute or two before the game kicks up a cutscene. I basically kept my distance and made sure I was healing and resurrecting the other two party members. A good tell as to when you might need to use healing / resurrects is when he does a sword spin move for a few seconds - that usually means he is about to land a 4-5 hit combo that will one shot the person he has targetted. I was complete coward in this fight ?.

My first game for January. I love this game, it is amazing, highly recommended Vita game with tons of replay value. I have made my Gundam so overpowered. He auto heals faster than he takes damage, and his DPS is outrageous, I still have DLC for this so I will work at it and maybe have 100% by months end, or by years end, I have other Vita games I want to play too, so I have to make time for those. I know I said I was going to go inactive, but, I think I’m going to stick around and try at least one game a month. I still want to complete Last of Us Part 2, Yakuza 0, Shenmue, Rogue Galaxy, The Binding of Isaac, and a handful of others. But I’m also going to make time for new-to-me games I haven’t even started yet. 

I would also like to congratulate everyone that got a game a month for the year of 2020, lets try it again this year! @Gretchen27 @Fnee2000 @AUSTRALIANDJ @REAPER4536 ( @Psy-Tychist hopefully 2021 is a better gaming year for you, congratulations on 11/12 months for 2020)
