When going for this trophy (Win a 450 Championship with R. Dungey in Official Mode), you can retire from event after choosing your starting position.

I've found that instead of you being last automatically the game simulates the race and you almost always win.

After retiring from every event R. Dungey was 1st in the championship and I got the trophy.

Not that this will get you the platinum trophy any faster because the driven miles are obviously not counted, and the drive 300 miles trophy will still take the most time.

But if your specifically grinding towards this trophy this will save you a lot of time.

Ken whats his name (starts with an R) keeps winning on mine instead of Dungey, by a large majority to.

I was normally having him win while I would come second but if you actually do a race yourself it seemed pretty common for him to do terribly and come outside the top 10 so you should only need to do a couple of races yourself to catch up to him.

Yeah I’m having trouble with this too. That fucker wins every race ?

Edit: Found an easy way to beat that wanker. If you find him starting to pull ahead in the rankings, try playing the first 30 seconds or so of a race before retiring. Make sure you’re in 1st place, and usually Ken will fall to like 5th or 6th. If you retire then you’ll usually win first and he will often place much lower and lose a lot of points which guarantees the championship trophy.
