Lonemankane
I saw this in a nearby shop lately at a very cheap price and even cheaper then it is on psn and I want to know if it is a good game and worth putting down £6.59 as it looks like a good game but I want to know what stuff I should know before going in like what to learn and so on as with the lack of booklets I can't really tell anymore about what to keep notes of and so on. Redgrave
It's made by the same people who did Bound by Flame, so I have no idea if there are any improvements from that to this. Here's this though. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6CYOCOXQ-3g Just by the footage from the review the game looks like it wants to be this really cool RPG but it really misses like 90% of the marks. Kind of like Bound by Flame did, only I don't know if it is better or worse. Edit: The video doesn't allow embedding, so you have to watch it on the site. I was wondering why it didn't show up. FrenchDevil54
It's not that bad but it's far from perfect. If I had to describe it in one word: tedious. A lot of quests ask to go back over and over again to the same places. That wouldn't be too bad if the maps weren't so big and if the enemies weren't respawning. Combat is not bad but unfair with the enemies that can down you in 3-4 hits while they need minimum 10+ hits. Otherwise the story is decent enough and plenty of things to do/explore (like I said lots of secondary quests and large maps) choices to make, conversations etc. Some nice environments to look at but ugly characters (apparently there's been a lot of inbreeding on Mars as everybody looks the same ). Overall it's a mixed bag but I believe Bound by Flame from the same dev was better than this one.

AH I think that is odd, I did like Bound by Flame as to me it felt cool for the demon transforms and so on and I did play the game before this thought it was ok but yeah, from what I see from all of you I can tell it is not a good game but do any of you think maybe I might like, I mean am the kind who gives anything a shot and a try as even though most might hate it I might like and so on but I will be on the side of any person who says something like dark souls 2 is bad or evil within 1 and so on. As I do everything in the game.
Trellgoth
I did a review a while ago on this game (Dutch website) and rated it with a 6.5. It's not a bad game, but isn't good either. Google Translate version of my review: https://translate.google.nl/translate?sl=nl&tl=en&js=y&prev=_t&hl=en&ie=UTF-8&u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.psx-sense.nl%2F241111%2Freview-the-technomancer%2F&edit-text=&act=url Pros: Sci-Fi on Mars Large Skill-System Variaty in Combat Awesome concept... Cons: ... not well executed A lot of graphical errors Annoying conversations Characters have no emotion Huge Peaks in difficutly Perhaps too recognizable (this might be a clone from basically every Bioware RPG ever made so far)

But otherwise it's quite similar so you might like it
