About that guy eh, he makes more money than the entire Swedish football association. I see his face in 3-4 times during the commercial brakes and if he used to be annoying before it's nothing compare to now.

And about who we'll be up against. It's just like Granqvist (the captain) said 'it does't matter which team it will be. Everybody is afaid of us now' haha

This comment reveals as much maturity as your hate comment to portugal

Ask your manager where my national team is.Better yet, wait a couple of years, his M.O. hasn't changed.I guess i'll keep my good memories from Lisbon for a few more years.

As for this round, it's my worst so far.Two points yesterday and three today. And only because Brazil won 2-0.Thank goodness they were trying to help Neymar score instead of searching for a 3rd goal as a team

[...] The knockout rounds are going to be interesting, great games ahead and tomorrow a great england - belgium

I actually don't think it'll be as exciting as we're all hoping for. Both teams already qualified and they will be doing the sensible thing of resting key players and playing rotation squads for match fitness. I kinda wish I predicted a 0-0 instead of the naive 2-3. Depending on the results tomorrow afternoon of Group H, the second place seed might even end up more favourable.

To clarify again. If you want to predict penalties for one of the knockout games. 1 point for guessing it'll go to penalties, 3 points for guessing the correct team to win penalties and the correct score.. 2 points if you guess the correct score but guess the wrong team to win the pens. 2 points if you guess the right team to win the penalties but the wrong score.

@Conn Snow One question about the next set of fixtures. If we predict say 1-1(p). Do we get a point if the score ends up being 1-2 i.e. the same predicted team still wins. I'm a little bit hazy on how exactly points are scored going forwards in the event of penalties.

For example if you predict a 1-1 draw (rightscore) right team to win = 3

if you predict a 1-1 draw (rightscore) wrong team to win =2

if you predict a 1-1 draw (wrongscore) right team to win = 2

If you predict a 1-1 draw (wrongscore) wrong team to win = 1

Extra time is basically the same as 90 mins in terms of scoring

OK great that clarifies everything that goes to penalties.

What if we predict Team A 0 - 0 Team B, with Team B winning on penalties. Instead Team B wins during normal time with a score of 0 - 1. Is that 0 points or 1 point because we still guessed which Team were going to win?

0 points for that. It'll be the same if you predict a 2-1 win for one team but they only win on penalties. T

Think thats the best way to do it
