Crème de la Combo

Just in case someone is struggling with this (you might prefer physical attacks over magic for example) there is a very easy place to do this at the end.

 

In quest 98 Bloom in the Gloom you are to stop the monsters from destrying the barricade to the city of Dawnsholm (again)

 

And you can either just let the pile up near the barricade and do a magic attack (Cold Fission - Aurora f.ex) and 300 should come ridicolusly easy.

 

I actually got over 400 right after the trophy popped and the last portals opened when the Bloody hands came, so the possibilities are many. in that quest

 

So finally done, now back to physical combat

Another great place is the first Boss battle, Green Dragon. There is enough minions and Green Dragon has high health so you won't do enough damage yet to kill to quickly. Like you, I got around 400 hits for the combo.
