The price The Surge was marked with was negative. It seems they accidentally made it 150% off instead of 50% off. Unfortunately the store doesn't credit your account when you buy stuff so it rounded up to $0 at checkout.

But yes, works on PS4 too. I haven't played it, but a friend got it free due to the error and was able to get the platinum on PS4.
