I've had this problem for the first time around last Christmas. After meddling around for a few days, I gave up and never tried it again. The fact that Sony is unwilling or unable to fix such a problem is just another reason why I won't renew my PS Plus. It's not worth it and they don't deserve my money. That's the only reason why most people have Plus in the first place. The Plus offerings are nice, but rarely do I see anything that spikes my interest since they are mostly picked at random. Basically, if you put any "bundle" on queue, for either PS3 or Vita, it only puts a single, fixed item out of the total. For example, if you put Ridge Racer Ultimate Edition on queue, it actually puts only the main game in the queue. Please verify yourselves with any bundle and report back here. Putting PS3 stuff in the download queue just never worked for me even while my PS3 was on and connected so I just go the the "download list" under "account management" and initiate downloads manually. All you need is to go to the browser Store, choose ANY content that include multiple items (i.e. a bundle of multiple games/DLC) and see if it puts all of them in the queue. Please go on the Store and try to put any bundle you own in the queue, i.e. Final Fantasy XV Royal Edition and things like that. For that example (FFXV) it only puts the Royal Raiment Outfit DLC in the queue. I've also tried the Need for Speed Rivals Complete Edition and it only put the base game. Sorry for the self-bumping, but i'm still trying to get help from the PlayStation support, however they barely understand my issue. Could someone please try to put just ANY "bundle" of games, DLC, themes etc, available on the PlayStation Store, via the web browser Store? And see if it only puts ONE item in the queue. It doesn't matter if it's for PS3, Vita or PS4. It has to be a bundle of multiple items. Please post videos if you can. Thank you. IT IS CURRENTLY UNKNOWN IF THEY'RE GOING TO KEEP OR REMOVE THE DOWNLOAD QUEUE FEATURE AT ALL. Well, i guess i have no choice but to make a "definitive" post about the matter... since i'm probably the first one to have reported the issue, but nobody ever listened to my messages, with the exceptions of a few users that helped me in the past few days/weeks. Seriously, i've tried talking about the issue EVERYWHERE, but almost nobody had any idea of what i was talking about. I tried writing a post about this on Reddit but it was automagically deleted without any explanation. I contacted the "Ask PlayStation" account on Twitter and they wrote the usual PR-esque stuff you would expect from their support, basically passing the buck to someone else. I wrote on the official PlayStation Blog but only few people replied. I wrote on the now-closed PlayStation Forums but they are, guess what, closed now, and i only got ridiculous replies that have nothing to do with the issue. I've even read a stupid reply from a user from the United States who wrote some ridiculous story about American ISPs putting bandwidth limits (or were they data caps? i don't remember) and now it only puts the main game in the queue. All BS as you're going to read below. I tried contacting, via email, the infamous PlayStation Support, and as usual, they had no idea of what i was talking about. Just like the other time, they started blaming my PS4 (which i didn't even have the last time!), and then my ISP. I've even made a couple of videos to replicate the issue but they insisted it was all my fault. I told them that the issue is with the PlayStation Store website and they wanted me to restore/format my PS4. But i've told them the issue happens with PS3/Vita content and they didn't even listen! They think that restoring/formatting a PS4 is a solution for all the problems. In order to cure diseases, you must restore/format your PS4. You're getting issues on PS3? Restore/format your PS4. I swear that at least the latter actually happened to me a couple of years ago. After that, they started blaming my ISP, i tried to replicate the issue with my mobile connection, on my own smartphone, which is from another provider, with the domestic Wi-Fi turned off, and they literally saw no activity. I'm not sure if they're serious or what. I've even told them that the issue happens to people from other regions/countries, no dice. Another PlayStation Forum user told me it is "working as intended", same for the PlayStation Support, but the videos i made told a completely different stories. They said the queue system is supposed to put only base games but, as you're going to see, it's a blatant lie. ABOUT THE ISSUE ITSELF: This issue is different from the one previously mentioned in this thread, which happened in 2018 and is now solved, because the queue didn't work at all with only PS3 and Vita items, while PS4 items were fine. This "new" issue started happening around August 2019, but only with PS3 and Vita content, but as of October 2019, it also started happening with PS4 items. Now, this issue does NOT happen on the Store apps available for their respective consoles. It only happens with the WEB BROWSER version of the Store, the one you can access from any PC or mobile device. In other words, the Store website, nothing more, nothing less. I'm 200% sure the problem is "server-side" because the tests were done with the consoles completely turned off. Same principle as with the other issue from this post that happened in 2018. WHAT HAPPENS NOW, EXACTLY? The problem is simple: when you put a "bundle" on the Download Queue for either PS3, Vita or PS4, it only puts ONE item of the entire bundle. Again, this only happens from the WEB BROWSER version of the Store, aka the website. This happens with ANY type of bundle. A "bundle" in the Store is anything that offers multiple SEPARATE items. For example: - A bundle with multiple games = Only one game in the bundle is put in the queue. - A bundle with multiple DLC = Only one DLC is put in the queue. - A bundle with multiple themes and/or avatars (PS3-only) = Only one theme/avatar is put in the queue. - A bundle with a game and one or more DLC (i.e. GOTY/Ultimate/Special/Definitive/Complete/Whatever/Digital Deluxe editions) = In most cases, only the base game is put in the queue, but it's also possible that only one DLC is put in the queue. - A bundle with multiple games AND one or more DLC for one of them, or for more than one game (yes, they do exist) = In most cases, only the base game is put in the queue, but it's also possible that only one DLC is put in the queue. HOW TO REPLICATE THE ISSUE: First, you need a PC or a smartphone... just anything capable to use a web browser. Do NOT use the Store from consoles, the "queue" feature doesn't exist for them, or works differently. The queued items from the website are NOT yet in your console. Once they start download, they're removed from the queue in the website. I'll try to explain it: YOU DON'T NEED TO USE YOUR CONSOLES FOR THIS. They only need to be ACTIVATED in order to being able to queue the items for their respective consoles, i.e. you must activate a PS4 on your account in order to queue PS4 items, or the Download button will be greyed-out. It doesn't matter if the console is physically close to you, it's turned on or off, it's in your parents/friends house, if it was destroyed, it's on Mars, PSN doesn't care about it, it only cares about the activation itself. Anyway these are the exact steps to do: 1) Go to the web Store: https://store.playstation.com/it-it/home/games (this is the Italian URL but it should change to your region automatically) 2) Search for any GOTY/Deluxe/Ultimate digital bundle that you own (on the upper-right corner), or just any bundle of games/themes/DLC/whatever that offer multiple separate items. You don't need to purchase anything, even free stuff works. Even digital games that come in multiple parts (i.e. Ni no Kuni for PS3, BioShock: The Collection for PS4, Siren: Blood Curse for PS3... these are my own examples). 3) Go to the Store page of the bundle you've just searched, and choose "Download to PS3" (or "Download to PS4" if it's a PS4 content, or even "Download..." if the content is downloadable for PS3 and Vita, like PSOne Classics and Vita games) 4) Once you've chosen to download, press the same button again, now named "Show download queue". If the item is downloadable for both PS3 and Vita, you'll have to choose which queue to show. You'll be redirected to this page: https://store.playstation.com/it-it/download/queue 5) If you see only one item, you're getting the issue. That's it. The issue is with the number of queued items, the single items that are queued are absolutely downloadable. If you get the issue, make sure to post the bundles you've tested, with URLs, and possibly your country and/or account region, and your ISP. I'm asking for the ISP because, like i previously said, the PlayStation Support insisted that the main cause of the problem was my internet connection, despite telling them that i tried replicating the issue with a mobile connection from my smartphone, which used a different ISP than the one i use for my domestic Wi-Fi connection. If your mobile connection ISP is different from your domestic connection, please post it. THINGS YOU SHOULD NOT TRY TO DO IN ORDER TO REPLICATE THE ISSUE: Single items similar to these: - Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection - Borderlands: The Handsome Collection - Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy - Spyro Reignited Collection Are NOT bundles, because they're technically single apps/items with multiple games selectable IN-GAME. Well, unless you bought the digital bundles which include N.Sane/Spyro, or N.Sane/Spyro/Nitro-Fueled, or Spyro/Nitro-Fueled... they're ok, i guess, lol. Things like "Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition" count as things NOT to try because it's a single app with all items already bundled, similar to Red Dead Redemption 1 GOTY for PS3 (but that was a disc-only game). THINGS I'VE TESTED: These are MY bundles i tested to replicate the issue. You don't need to buy anything more if you own these or other similar bundles. Sorry for the abundance of PS3 content compared to Vita and PS4, it's the system where i bought the highest number of items during these years. But still, it covers ALL three platforms (PS3, Vita, PS4), to demonstrate that it afflicts all types of bundles for all types of items, without real exceptions. These links are based on the ITALIAN version of the Store, but it should automatically redirect to your region. Beh, non ho altra scelta se non fare un post "definitivo" riguardo alla faccenda... visto che sono probabilmente il primo ad aver segnalato il problema, ma nessuno ha mai voluto ascoltare i miei messaggi, ad eccezione di pochi utenti che mi hanno aiutato negli scorsi giorni/settimane Sul serio, ho provato a parlare del problema OVUNQUE, ma quasi nessuno ha avuto idea di che cosa stessi parlando. Ho provato a fare un post su Reddit ma è sparito nel nulla praticamente subito, senza un motivo apparente. Ho contattato il profilo "Ask PlayStation" su Twitter e loro hanno dato risposte generiche e fatto da scaricabarile, come fanno quasi sempre tra l'altro. Ho anche scritto nel PlayStation Blog ma solo poca gente ha risposto. Ho anche scritto nei Forum di PlayStation, ora chiusi, e mi hanno dato soltanto risposte inutili e ridicole. Addirittura una risposta di un utente americano che ha scritto una ridicola storia sui provider americani che avrebbero messo dei limiti di banda (o di dati? non mi ricordo) e che ora quindi vengono messi in coda soltanto i giochi. Tutte sciocchezze, come avrete modo di lettere più sotto. Ho provato a contattare, via email, la famigerata Assistenza PlayStation, e come al solito, non avevano alcuna idea di che cosa stessi parlando. Come l'altra volta, hanno iniziato a dare la colpa alla mia PS4 (l'altra volta non ce l'avevo neanche!) e poi il mio provider. Ho anche fatto dei video per replicare il problema ma hanno continuato ad insistere che il problema era mio. Gli ho detto che il problema è del sito del PlayStation Store e volevano che ripristinassi/formattassi la mia PS4. Gli ho detto che il problema succede anche con i contenuti PS3/Vita e non mi hanno neppure ascoltato! Loro pensano che ripristinare/formattare una PS4 è una soluzione per tutti i problemi. Per curare le malattie, devi ripristinare/formattare la tua PS4. Hai problemi con la PS3? Ripristina/formatta la tua PS4. Giuro che almeno la seconda cosa mi è davvero successa qualche anno fa. Dopo tutto questo, hanno iniziato a prendersela col mio provider (TIM), ho provato a replicare il problema con la connessione dati del mio telefono, che è di un altro provider (Vodafone), dopo aver spento la rete Wi-Fi di casa mia, e loro non hanno notato nessuna attività. Non so se sono seri o cosa. Gli ho pure detto che il problema succede a persone da altre regioni/paesi, nulla da fare. Un altro utente del PlayStation Forum mi ha detto che "tutto funziona come dovrebbe", stessa risposta che a un certo punto mi ha detto anche l'Assistenza PlayStation, ma i filmati che ho fatto raccontano una storia diversa. Loro hanno detto che il sistema della Coda di download deve soltanto mettere i giochi in coda, ma come avrete modo di vedere, è una bugia bella e buona. RIGUARDO AL PROBLEMA STESSO: Il problema è diverso da quello precedente menzionato in questo topic, che è accaduto nel 2018 ed è ora risolto, perchè la coda non funzionava del tutto, ma soltanto con i contenuti PS3 e Vita, mentre quelli PS4 erano a posto. Questo "nuovo" problema ha iniziato a verificarsi verso Agosto 2019, ma soltanto con i contenuti PS3 e Vita, ma da Ottobre 2019, ha iniziato a verificarsi anche con i contenuti PS4. Ora, questo problema NON si verifica con le app dello Store disponibili sulle rispettive console. Succede soltanto con la versione VIA BROWSER dello Store, quella a cui accedi da qualsiasi PC o dispositivo mobile. In poche parole, il sito dello Store, niente di più, niente di meno. Sono sicuro al 200% che il problema sia "lato server" perchè i test sono stati effettuati con le console completamente spente. Lo stesso principio con il problema del 2018 già menzionato in questo post. MA COSA SUCCEDE ESATTAMENTE, IN QUESTO MOMENTO? Il problema è presto spiegato: quando metti un "bundle" nella Coda di download, che sia esso di contenuti PS3, Vita o PS4, mette soltanto UN oggetto del bundle nella coda. Di nuovo, il problema succede soltanto dal SITO WEB dello Store. Questo succede con QUALSIASI tipo di bundle. Un "bundle" nello Store è qualsiasi cosa che offra oggetti multipli SEPARATI. Per esempio.: - Un bundle di più giochi = Solo un gioco finisce nella coda. - Un bundle di più DLC = Solo un DLC finisce nella coda. - Un bundle di più temi e/o avatar (gli avatar sono scaricabili solo su PS3) = Solo un tema/avatar finisce nella coda. - Un bundle di un gioco e uno o più DLC (ad esempio edizioni Gioco dell'Anno/Definitive/Speciali/Complete/Digitali Deluxe/eccetera) = Nella maggior parte dei case, soltanto il gioco base finisce nella coda, ma è anche possibile che ci finisca solo un DLC. - Un bundle di più giochi E uno o più DLC per uno di essi, o per più di un gioco (sì, esistono anche questi) = Nella maggior parte dei case, soltanto il gioco base finisce nella coda, ma è anche possibile che ci finisca solo un DLC. COME RIPRODURRE IL PROBLEMA: Per prima cosa, vi serve un PC o uno smartphone... qualsiasi cosa che includa un browser. NON usate lo Store sulle console, la "coda" non esiste su di esse, o funziona in maniera diversa. Gli oggetti messi in coda dal sito NON sono ancora sulle console. Una volta che inizia il download, vengono rimossi dalla coda del sito. Provero a spiegarlo meglio: NON AVETE BISOGNO DI USARE LE VOSTRE CONSOLE PER RIPRODURRE IL PROBLEMA. Basta che siano state ATTIVATE per poter essere in grado di mettere in coda i contenuti per le rispettive console, ad esempio dovrete attivare una PS4 sul vostro account per mettere in coda i contenuti PS4, o il pulsante "Scarica" non sarà disponibile. Non importa se le vostre console sono fisicamente vicine a voi, se sono accese o spente, se è a casa dei vostri genitori/amici, se è stata distrutta, se è su Marte, al PSN non interessa, gli interessa soltanto l'attivazione. Ad ogni modo ecco i passi da seguire: 1) Andate sul sito dello Store: https://store.playstation.com/it-it/home/games (questo è l'indirizzo italiano, dovrebbe cambiare automaticamente a seconda della vostra regione) 2) Cercate per qualsiasi bundle di edizioni Gioco dell'Anno/Deluxe/Definitive che possedete (nell'angolo in alto a destra), o qualsiasi bundle di giochi/temi/DLC/eccetera che offre più oggetti separati. Non dovrete comprare nulla, funzionano anche i contenuti gratuiti. Anche giochi digitali che richiedono il download di più parti per funzionare (ad esempio Ni no Kuni per PS3, BioShock: The Collection per PS4, Siren: Blood Curse per PS3... questi sono i miei esempi) 3) Andate nella pagina dello Store del bundle che avete appena cercato, e premete "Scarica su PS3" (o "Scarica sulla tua PS4" se è un contenuto PS4, o anche "Scarica..." se il contenuto è scaricabile sia su PS3 che Vita, come i Classici PS1 o i giochi Vita) 4) Una volta scelto di scaricare, premete di nuovo lo stesso pulsante, che ora si chiamerà "Mostra coda per il download". Se il contenuto è scaricabile sia su PS3 che Vita, dovrai decidere quale coda mostrare. Sarete reindirizzati a questa pagina: https://store.playstation.com/it-it/download/queue 5) Se vedrete un solo oggetto, avete riprodotto correttamente il problema e quindi vuol dire che ce l'avete anche voi. Questo è tutto. Il problema è con il numero di oggetti in coda, i singoli oggetti in coda sono assolutamente scaricabili. Se avete il problema, postate i bundle che avete testato, con tanto di indirizzo alla relativa pagina web, e possibilmente il vostro paese e/o regione dell'account, e il vostro provider. Chiedo il provider perchè, come ho precedentemente detto, l'Assistenza PlayStation hanno insistito nel dire che la causa principale del problema era la mia connessione a internet, nonostante gli abbia detto che ho riprodotto il problema con la connessione dati del mio smartphone, che usa un provider diverso da quello della mia rete Wi-Fi di casa. Se anche voi avete un provider di connessione dati diverso da quello della rete casalinga, riportatelo. COSE DA NON PROVARE PER RIPRODURRE IL PROBLEMA: Contenuti singoli come i seguenti: - Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection - Borderlands: The Handsome Collection - Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy - Spyro Reignited Collection NON sono bundle, perchè sono tecnicamente applicazioni/contenuti singoli con giochi multipli selezionabili DA DENTRO IL GIOCO. Beh, oddio, se avete comprato i bundle digitali che includono N.Sane/Spyro, o N.Sane/Spyro/Nitro-Fueled, o Spyro/Nitro-Fueled... quelli vanno bene. Cose come "Horizon Zero Dawn: Complete Edition" contano come cose da NON provare, perchè è una singola app con tutti gli oggetti già inclusi, simile all'edizione GOTY di Red Dead Redemption 1 per PS3 (anche se quello era un gioco solo su disco). COSE CHE HO TESTATO PERSONALMENTE: Quelli che seguono sono i MIEI bundle, che ho testato per riprodurre il problema. Voi non avrete bisogno di comprare nulla se possedete questi o altri bundle simili. Chiedo scusa per l'abbondanza di contenuti PS3 rispetto a Vita e PS4, ma è stato il sistema per il quale ho comprato il maggior numero di contenuti in tutti questi anni. Nonostante ciò, questa lista copre TUTTE e tre le piattaforme (PS3, Vita, PS4), per dimostrare che affligge tutti i tipi di bundle per tutti i sistema, senza eccezione alcuna. melodicmizery Posted March 1, 2020 Share Posted March 1, 2020 had a huge que issue a while back it stuck all these games in que from the pc side, and wouldnt download them into my ps3. ps3 kept trying to repeatedly download them and give me errors. and i couldnt delete the que and had hundreds of things i was trying to download. i ended up loading up a old game to go into the old ps store and downloading my stuff through there in the download list because its alot more stable and faster. but even after i downloaded everything the god damn que kept trying to redownload and send me massive errors on my ps3 constantly. it cleared itself up little by little after about a month. i never ever used the que again 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Regarding PS4, I've tried to put the Bioshock Collection in the download queue from the browser but nothing happens when I turn on my PS4. Maybe because my storage is almost full, not sure.
