Sergen Posted June 23, 2018 Share Posted June 23, 2018 It's free, but they've made things cost a high amount of in-game money to purchase, like you need a facility to start hosting the heists in the DLC and the cheapest one is $1,250,000 which is the equivalent of an £11.99 Shark Card I believe.
