I just finished up this game after it was on sale from the mid year sale, $25 I believe, down from $50. It took me 5 days and about 10 hours to complete. 

 

I typically like these retro RPGs like Dragon Fantasy Book and Dragon Sinker. You don't play them for the graphics, you play them for the story, the playstyle and maybe the humor. The Longest Five Minutes had none of these. I read all the story text, talked to every NPC for the first 3 hours of my gameplay and got bored. The humor, while present, wasn't great. And the playstyle (turned based combat) was completely without challenge. 

 

Maybe this specific game wasn't meant to be played as I played it. It was, to me, not worth the price even on sale.
