Short answer: No, not with the way the firmware is designed.

 

There is a work around that let's you load other users onto it

Sony should have allowed to have two users per memory card. I hope they do this if they ever release another handheld.

Excuse me, have you forgot Sony is a electronic company. Not a software company.

Sony think PS Vita is a useless trsh so they trsh it of course they ve done it few yrs ago.

Damn sony are stupid. Many people would go and buy them japanese games from the PS store but i guess they dont want free money.

Well, Sony gave up on Vita before she even started so... 

Even if it was possible, they aren't going to bother.
