DLC not working - Not eligible?

I'm having this issue where I can't activate the share pack, or any other DLC. Tried with but an EU and US account, the DLC activation menu is greyed out, saying I'm not eligible.

 

Anybody has some solution?

What region did you get the game from? DLC has to be purchased from the same region.

EU (Hungary). It seems to be the case, thanks.

 

I solved it by creating a GB account, so that works, if anyone's having this problem.

GB = Great Britain? Surprised that works.

 

Normally the DLC has to be from the same country as the game. Glad you got it to work though.

EU stores sometimes have blocks within blocks. Game may be avaliable in the region, but not DLCs. The games may refuse to see installs from the store or from their respective DLC list menus. And yes, this does work - I've bought my copy of Prince of Persia from Russian PSN, but my Epilogue DLC is from my GB account. Was the only way to get it.

I think the game wasn't separately released in the Central European region, and the disc was imported.
