While I'm not 100% sure, i think you would get the trophies, however i don't think they will sync to your profile untill the game fully releases. If you don't get the trophies, starting a new game will definitely work - (After the official release) If your still worried try playing act 1 on a different account, that way you'll see if they pop or not.
