Well a new event has begun in Azur Lane where you grind for currency in the event missions to purchase stuff from the store. This video from their official twitter page will show you everything new in the game.

 

Really hope i can get to play Azur Lane soon. (still looking for a cheap and good smartphone)

I have a Galaxy J7 Perx that I bought from Boost Mobile for 130 dollars, it supports up to four games that have high memory usage: Love Live School Idol Festival, Azur Lane, Fate/Grand Order and Girls Frontline have almost 2GB each and since Boost Mobile isn't a contract company, you can just buy the phone and no plans.

Results for the first day of the event.

 

Gatcha: Burned 40 Cues and 30,000 gold (20 Pulls).  Got everyone but Ise and Zuikaku (who at .07% I don't expect).  I also pulled an Enterprise and a San Diego.  So, SRs seem much more common in the limited event build.

 

Missions: Burned a little under 8,000 Oil.  Three-Stared all normal missions and C1.  Part way through C2.  Farming B3 for Zuikaku and Akatsuki.  Zuikaku's drop rate is low, but it seems like a waste of painted horses to buy her before the last day.  A level 100 Unicorn and Z23 can clear everything in B3 besides the boss, but you have to sink 5 escorts anyway.  Therefore, the oil use is pretty low.  Reminds me of the fox mines.  B3 pops 80 Painted horses, D3 pops 180.  So, B3 seems more oil efficient.  The first clear of D3 is 540 Horses each day.  That's pretty good.  

 

Fairly confident I'll get everything with time to spare.

Damn that's some dedication you have man and congrats.

 

Personally still debating on building more or just saving up as much as I can (don't have awhole lot of cubes I think I can about 12 or so but decent amount of gold).

I feel like a got a bit lucky this morning was saving up medal's to get her but got her in a build so very happy.

 

 

And I got to say seeing the full thing is pretty cool (imo)

 

And I've been wondering for a few of my characters the only way I can seem to limit break them is by using a Universal Bulin, is that kind of a requirement for some or do I just have to grind more?

I'm jelly I also want Lucky E. Yeah you always need a bulin to limit break or you can use the same exact ship you are trying to level. The reason why you can't limit break with universal bulin for super rare ships is that she's an sr (gold). You need the gold bulins to limit break them.

I was thinking some of them like your first one(s) from what I see cant be dup so I guess it makes sense.

And yeah tbh I was pretty surprised getting Enterprise really wasnt expecting it.

Nothing new out of the event.  Last three girls are proving elusive.  However, I did manage to get a little something for one of the hardest working girls in my fleet:

Took me a while to get her and it looks like I've got all the obtainable ships in the Collection for now.

 

She reminds me of Shimakaze but I like Ayanami more.

@UndeadBerserker7 Congratulations on getting the USS Enterprise. She is an amazing unit especially with her skill which you should really start raising it since she devastate other people's ships when her skill activates. I also love her outfits like her Wedding outfit and Christmas Outfit.

@Revvie Did you really get every ship currently out in the game. Congratulations, I can never complete it since I didn't get IRN Aurora because I didn't participate in the Closed Beta. 

 

Also both you and @Helmet_time are really killing it with the Retrofit. I can't find enough materials to retrofit one of my ships.

 

I am now done with the event building since I finally got IJN Shoukaku from it and I also got IJN Zuikaku (I forgot to take the screenshot of her retrieval dialogue) from the event store. They may actually replace Akagi and Kaga since there skills are amazing. I am going to train them with Furutaka, Yuudachi and Atago since they are level one still. They will also be lead by USS Arizona as their punishment and her reward.

No. I'm at 79.7% completion but I'm trying to get everyone. 

 

I'm talking about the Collection. You know when get stars on some group of ships, you get rewards. One of those rewards are ships and I got all those ships in the collection for now I guess. I feel like Ayanami is the hardest and best one.

She is, by far, the hardest collection ship to get.  She's also the best DD in the game.  So, you're totally right on both points.  I've avoided collecting some of my collection ships since there are still normal gatcha ships I need.  The collection ships get added to the gatcha, which means worse odds for the three ships I'm missing.

 

On a positive note, I pulled Ise, so all I'm missing from the event is Akatsuki and Zuikaku.  I've got the Eme for Zuikaku, but no point in buying her until I get Akatsuki since they both drop on the same map.  I don't know if I've been unlucky or if Akatsuki just has stupid low odds.  I got multiple Ark Royals and Vestals on B3 but still no sign of her (or Zuikaku, but she's less than 1% so, I don't expect it).  

 

The retrofits are tough.  Leander burn all my cruiser plans.  Also, why no Battleship retrofits?  I have battleship plans.  Instead we have five(!) carriers, three destroyers, and three cruisers with two more cruisers coming.  It takes three-ish weeks of farming hard mode to get the plans for 1 retrofit.  I'll be at this forever...

Congrats on getting these two ships. Shoukaku is amazing with Zuikaku since their skills activate with one another.

Lucky I been busy with the events in Love Live, Fate Go and Girls Frontline. I only managed to get enough for Zuikaku. I am trying to get the torpedoes now.

Ask us if you need any information. We helped @UndeadBerserker7 since he was new as well. One of the things that used to confuse me the most was which gear fits best with which ships. Which I actually posted a picture of guide that helps with that before.

 

 

Anyways @Artemisthemp @Atago @Melty @Helmet_time @Revvie How are you guys doing in the Akashi's Secret Missions? In case you don't know if you tap Akashi 30 times in the shop screen. She gives you a quest line and when you finish the quest line, you will get her as part of your Naval Fleet and also unlock the ability to build her as well. I am on mission six and now seeing the rest of the missions on the wiki.....this is going to be long.

Akashi's sidequest is long and tough. I'm at the 2nd quest, Construct 10 ships, because the first one hurt for me. Well at least it's not a limited quest. I'm still trying to get Shoukaku, Zuikaku and blueprints. Speaking of blueprints, I got another Retrofit.

Been meaning to ask just haven't really found time (also been forgetting and remembering again) I got my first promise ring (I believe the game calls it) I guess last week but kind of debating if I should use it on my main or save it for another one later since I think I can only get one (free anyways).
