Can someone please, post a video or picture-how and where to glitch Big red in beast served cold 2?

I red that he should be stucked  at some pillar but im failing to do that,so any help will be appreciated.

Also what kind of set up is good to begin grinding him at gr8?

I m currently building Dark Marksman bow(+5 atm and will add ice element ) and have whole windwalker set at +5(will proly up it to +10)

Since we need to play solo,my main focus is on spear but since bow grind was supposed to be easyer with big rad 2,i wanted to try that.

Thanks for answering!

No prob! if u need anything just ask. Plat is doable, theres a guide on another forum where it details which quest are doable solo spear. The grinding in this game is real.

Im still grinding money, only 1.9kk left for platinum.

I am considering coming back to this to try and finish it. If you know of a good guide for this, I would very much appreciate it!

I recently made a video showing how to glitch Big Red and also get S rank on tier 3 Best Served Cold. I was able to do it at GR11, but I needed every gear upgrade I could get, along with Dex Georama armor. You can get Rank 10 pearls if you S rank this quest.

Nice work!We need a solo guid for lots of quests now that mp is not longer on!I could not made one myself while i was playing a that time!

Also it would help a lot if u add ice element  +1 on your bow(while farming Big Red 3 for perls),it would be a lot faster to farm^^

if u find some more useful tips for any quest or good tactics, document them on video if u can !

Good job?

I have no idea how well known this is, but I recently stumbled onto a way to abuse Big Red's ai into never attacking you, making Best Served Cold 2 and 3 soloable as soon as they're unlocked.

This is NOT my video:

I’ll have to check to see what I’ve got unlocked already and experiment with this.

i tested it on BSC1 and 2 and it works perfectly. future developments will need to wait while I grind (to rebirth, and unlock bow skills) but it seems like he will never hit you if you don't move. I experimented and don't have it working on other fights, but this is the only fight you grind for rank anyways

I found another one, in Caravan Escort.

This only seems to work with troll/giant type enemies, since golems, treats, megalo tigris, Cerberus, and direspiders all either ignore range to attack (via spells or just bs), or walk right over all terrain

This is the second troll king, or the first if you follow the main path (since the true first is an a small side path)

It seems it was already discussed here:

But hey, that video is way better!

I didn't played this game much. Is this glitch any good if you want to go for the platinum?

it's not just good, it's basically essential. without it, BSC2 is almost impossible until you have endgame gear (which is incredibly hard to come by for the same reasons BSC2/3 are impossible, boss stat bloat) same with BSC3. I calculated it, and you need about 480,000 runs of BSC1 to hit gr12, which is obviously not feasible

this alone spurred me to spend about 12 hours in caravan Escort 2 so I could rebirth (and cause axe sucks in wkc 1 lol)

i don't know if anyone's following this, but I've made developments.

first of all, you solely want to be using sting, with a bullseye -> sting combo for when you have AC. obviously keep up inspire/haste, and unequip gear for more speed.

it may seem incredibly tempting to attack his head for KO procs, but these knock him back and have an incredibly high chance to free him from his trap. this is the same reason we can't have any complicated long combos. the damage is fantastic, but the knockback dislodges him.

obviously, elements are extremely powerful, even +1, so it's worth using the dark marksman over the elegant bow due to the upgrade materials being significantly easier to gather and the attack only being 6 points worse. however, if you have the parts to make elegant bow (obtained for free in Ng+) to +1 water element, it could be worth it.

So I did a bit of math for the curious. Getting to GR 10 by doing Best Served Cold 1 takes around 70 hours of grinding if you average around 4 minute runs and get the S rank bonus (5,600P per run). ~88 hours if you have 25% downtime (1 minute per run) while waiting for reward screens, starting the next run, etc. I've heard from other forums that GR10 is when you can reliably fight BSC2 without the glitch because of equipment upgrades. Getting the materials needed for binding trophies will take this time down a lot as you'll be getting Points for GR the whole time too.

What's your average time doing Best Served Cold 2 using this glitch? Even without an S rank because of low level items and only using sting, I'm estimating the per-run points to be around 23,500P, making it have around 4x the rewards and higher level items which will help lessen other grinds further. As long as it takes less than 16 minutes per run, BSC2 should be more efficient than BSC1 for grinding GR, gold, and materials at the same time. If it's 16-20 minutes, could still be worth for lowering the material grind later but it wouldn't save time on all three grinds simultaneously.

From your other post, Memorial Servant 2 seems equal in efficiency at 16,000P per ~12.5 minute run to BSC2 but required some better items to do reliably (element pebbles from ordinary elemental enemies in another tier 2 quest). Which between BSC2 and MS2 do you prefer so far?

oof, man I forget how outdated some of my old stuff is >.>

my average time for BSC2 is about 9:30 for 23,000 points, making it obviously the best way

BSC2 is much more efficient than 1 for many reasons, primarily the sheer difference in downtime between quests

memorial servant is less efficient, takes more brainpower, and is a lot more luck based so just stick to BSC2, it's super easy once you know what you're doing

I can share my exact build and strategy if you want!

I'm much, much better at answering questions and requests than giving out information of my own
