Doing my Crushing run, and on Chapter 8 at the end with the Helicopter the game won't stop crashing...it's crashed 4 times in the last 20 minutes when I use RPG ammo, and it hasn't crashed once in my 15 hours before it. Anything I can do? Tried re-installing and it didn't help. Doing my head in, because its the first fight I've had any skill issues with and not only do i have to contend with that, but also the luck of whether it'll crash... 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Willreaper41 Posted August 26, 2018 Share Posted August 26, 2018 I would check the disc, if the game keeps crashing in the exact same place and it isn't a common glitch (or happens on other games you've been playing) then it most likely means something is specifically wrong with the disc you're using. 1 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
UnoKajillion Posted September 20, 2018 Share Posted September 20, 2018 I know I'm late, but yeah that sounds like a disc issue. Might not even be noticable (like a scratch), it could have been that it was 100% copied from the master disc and has an error or dead bit(s). I was using the weapons cheat to give myself an RPG at the start of the encounter, and if I fired at the helicopter before it finished taking off I crashed the game.
