I hold the circle button next to the boss, enter a scene and automatically he is stabbed to death, not giving the option to recruit. Can anyone help? FilmFanatic Posted August 28, 2018 Share Posted August 28, 2018 (edited) In order to flip a racket boss you need to wiretap the node near where they appear. If you don’t do this then you won’t be able to flip them and you will automatically kill them. Have a look here for more information. Also, two underbosses are mandatory kills. Spoiler I believe they are the KKK underboss and the first underboss you take down in the game. The first underboss is a mandatory kill because I don't believe that you are introduced to wiretapping until after their district is taken over.
