merciful84
So many to choose from but I guess my top would be Mindjack. It was such an incredibly fun and innovative game and I don't understand why so many people hate it. Honorable mentions: Two Worlds 2 Alpha Protocol Venetica Velocity (Ultra) Flying Hamster Quantum Theory 3D Dot Game Heroes Lost Planet 2 Hunted the demon's forge and maybe RAGE very good games for me Hunted: The Demon's Forge is my favorite plat so far! It was very unplanned/unexpected

Parker
Okami HD, Valkyria Chronicles and Vanquish are all really underrated titles. I think Okami is the lowest selling Game of the Year title of all time, and that was when it was on the PS2, I have no idea how the HD version sold. Shinoda_2qx
I like how much love Vanquish is getting! I gotta say The Saboteur though, I just don't understand the criticism against that game. It's like GTA mashed against Assassins Creed, but you get to kill Nazis! Awesome!
TheDominator2008
That's an easy one; 'FUSE' (formally known as Overstrike), it's one of the most addictive games I've played in 2013. It's well worth playing; Izzy is my favourite character in the game, I love her.

twyz
I'd say Splatterhouse. That game got terrible reviews, but I had a blast playing it.
PLamb858
I always thought Sniper Elite V2 should have been more popular. The graphics were awesome and the bullet ballistics were pretty realistic and really fun to use. It's been the most real-to-life sniping game I've ever seen. HaSoOoN-MHD
Max Payne 3, definitely. The game offer something fresh while still being true to the older games. Sure, it may not be a bleak New York City, but the game still has that extremely grim, dark atmosphere the series is known for and the immensely satisfying gunplay

HaSoOoN-MHD
Spec Ops is actually kind of overrated rather than underrated. Everyone is like ''this game is so deep'' and all, and while the storyline had a very..MGS2 like story going on with it, the actual gameplay kind of...sucked and also the game being a commentary on commercialized violence, but it is really commercialized violence sort of cheapened it for me. amebapiko
Jak II I'm about 85-90% done with it and I have had quite a bit of fun. Maybe that's because I didn't feel like I had a hard time when most people just whine about it.

HaSoOoN-MHD
Metal Gear Solid 4 or the series in general aren't underrated. I mean, the series is heralded as being one of the best and MGS4 is like..the 3rd-4th highest selling PS3 exclusive.
Sly_Cooper_FTW
Sly Cooper: Thieves in Time. Fantastic game, but wasn't mentioned in anyone's GOTY. Not even as an honourable mention. Sadly it was overshadowed by bigger games like The Last of Us, Bioshock Infinite etc. Sly 4 was defiantly the most under-appreciated game of 2013.

Shervink
Castlevania: Lords of Shadow The game had an amazing story and great gameplay with some fun boss fights. But sadly no one ever talks about it. I'm so hyped for the second one I'm at a loss for words:

DARKSCORPONOXR
for me i'd say red faction: armageddon... it got a vast amount of mixed reviews but most of them agreed that it was awful, one i remember was a 4/10... it even went straight to £7.99 after 4 days of bein on sale where im located BUT this game is actually quite good and fun!... its a really good game for its franchise considerin its drastic changes from the original red faction games- that i still own... btw im my opinion mgs4 is not underrated, its overrated... im a huge mgs fan but i'd say that mgs2 and mgs4 could battle it out for the most overrated game of their franchise, i like them but they're awful... some ppl have put some great games on this so far...
