Did exactly as you said to get this trophy and still nothing do you the have the dlc in the past the trophy was voided due to the dlc

As per Qwerty407, I got this trophy last night.  Basically had to delete one of my unused characters (if you had three chars before Shadowkeep/FTP model switch Shaxx quest cannot be completed as I think even if you had it it just removes it), did the starter mission (destiny 1 intro hype) spoke to a few NPCs as per the quests, then Shaxx. Did a few bounties. All in all, took me less than 2 hours to get the gold trophy.

Fresh Character follow the introductory quest from the Cosmo drome, visit the NPCs in the tower, the quest will then say get gear level 770, play a few bounties, do some stuff on EDZ until you have the requisite, it then sends you back to the tower, keep following it will trigger Shaxx's quest. And then unlock the Introduction: Curcible quest as well. Get the bounties in crucible and the trophy pops. Did this an hour ago after days of trying to figure it out.
