Generally, focus spending all kinds of tokens on suits first. Challenge tokens can only be earned once on each difficulty of the Taskmaster challenges. Other tokens are earned by doing all objectives, but you can't re-earn them once complete. So if you spend carelessly tokens on gadgets and suit upgrades, you will have to go for even the most annoying objectives and challenges and re-do them perfectly to earn more. For the challenge tokens, you'll have to do the Taskmaster challenges on the highest difficulty to earn more, and it's unnecessary frustration and time. Since there aren't any trophies related to maxing out all gadgets, do only what's necessary, and only after you have all the suits. Yes, I can confirm as well. You can just play without ever looking up a guide, which is really nice But the platinum gets harder if you don't spend the tokens wisely. To illustrate: A Taskmaster challenge is like a race or a combat situation, where speed and precision matter. You can earn 6 challenge tokens by completing them, 1 for easiest, 2 for spectacular and 3 for ultimate. But if you do, let's say, spectacular, no matter how many times you replay, you won't get any more tokens for that difficulty. And the ultimate scores can be really hard. You can complete all taskmaster challenges on difficulty 1 and 2, and still have enough tokens for the suits. But if you spend them on gadgets, you have to go back for the perfect scores. They're still very doable, but annoying (some of them took me a dozen tries). But the more and more people talk about these challenges, the more I'm thinking I should just get those out of the way. So would it benefit us more to use the voucher and get the pre-order suits, so that we don't have to waste...what seems to be...precious tokens on them? Or does it not really matter in the long run? I think I'll just redeem the preorder and get on with my life, except with a few more tokens to spare for gadgets or other gameplay-affecting upgrades. Plus, let's face it: if I'm playing a video game, and there is a button I can push that immediately gives me an electric guitar that harms enemies, am I ever not going to push that button? There are over 160 mandatory, and there will be more popping up randomly. You should get this after fighting another faction. 3 hours ago, Viper said: So, question. I don't think they count for the trophy, just unlock them after the others. You can't really get this out of the way early, you need tons of late game collectibles to unlock all suits (one unlocks after the story, one after reaching lvl45, etc). It definitely does help. Those suits require atleast 3 Challenge tokens each to unlock normally. I make a habit of not checking the trophy list until after I play through a story at least once, but it would have been a shame if one careless actiont meant I wouldn't get the platinum unless I started all over or unless I started slaving on challenges. If I recall correctly you can re-gain the base/taskmaster tokens by playing on NG+, so it justs makes it more difficult if you want to stick to the original playthrough after beating the game. Yeah, been a while since I played this game but pretty sure the OP was posted before NG+ was released for this game. I made it to 100% now. In one of the dlc's you can get some base tokens which is nice, you can also make the bonus goals of some of these missions and if you do ng+ playthrough you will also be able to get base tokens again.
