Game took me around 15-20 hours to platinum. You do not need to focus on any trophies , all will just come naturally.

 

Wait until the 2nd or 3rd difficulty world if you want to grind crystals on the First Encounter level. On Aether world the level starts with 3 crystals. Collect, die, repeat. On Eldritch it starts with 6. Same process. Takes 30 seconds each time. Crystals needed to in my opinion upgrade the Mech time, swapping ability, and teleport. Maybe also ability amounts. At least a few upgrades in each.

 

2nd from last level caused me trouble. Took me an hour. If same just keep circling map making sure to pay attention to teleport amount . just keep teleporting to mech pieces when you can and swapping abilities for your style of play.

I'm about 1/2 way through the second difficulty and have had trouble on a handful of levels, needing 5 or so attempts each. But it was always heavily dependent on drops. It seems to me teleport upgrades seems to be one of the best things to use your crystals on. I'd say the game has gotten a bit repetitive, where I can only play for about 20-30 mins at a time. It reminds me a lot of Burn Zombie Burn, with a few more layers of mechanics.
