PS4 & PS App Messages Section Error

2 days I've been dealing with this error.
All of a sudden.

When I enter the Messages section, it assigns me to the main menu.
When I want to send a message from friends, it sends the message. But I'm the only one in the message.
I checked with my friends.
They're texting me, but I can't. My messages aren't reaching.

I tried the application from my smartphone.
The situation is the same.

I entered a different account there is no problem.
The problem is not in the machine.

What is the reason?
And what is the solution?

I can't contact anyone and it's very frustrating.
Help please.

You can use messenger on the PS website no problem.

There is a solution to this. Ive read it somewhere on the interweb but to fix you got to call sony. I dont have the link to show you but maybe try goigling around and youll find it.
