2 steps Verification Problem - Sony Does not send code

I've been interested in trophy for a long time.

And I'm playing games that are opening accounts from regions like NA, EU.
I put a security measure in my own country with my phone to be safe for these accounts.

 

I didn't have a problem until 10 days ago.
But the code hasn't come in 10 days. It doesn't come back many times.
I cannot access my account about 10 accounts in countries like NA, EU. My loss is huge in monetary terms.

 

Why did this happen?
There's no problem with different accouns and phones. I've tried.
I just don't get a code on the phone I use.

 

Is my phone banned?
But why?

 

I'm in Turkey. How do I reach America and England?
I gave my name to my accounts. My real name.
Is that enough?

 

Please help me.
This could happen to anybody.

There should be a way to obtain a master code that will unlock the account maybe this will help

I would see if your carrier is perhaps blocking the SMS from coming through. 

 

There is also a way to get codes that bypass the 2-factor if you are logged into your account already somewhere (like a computer or even a Playstation). I had the issue when I suspended my phone service but I was able to generate these codes to access my account. I can't remember the specifics, but it's something to look into. I think I was still logged into my account on my computer. 

 

Sony might help you. They might also not since you are violating their terms by having multiple accounts. I also don't think the different regions of Sony talk to each other much, so you probably would have to contact each individually. 

 

Name, birthday, latest purchases, password, and security question would probably be what they want to verify it's you. Probably not all of them.

I talked to Operator and. said that  the error was not caused by them.

I can't access the backup code because I can't access my accounts.

 

I'm going to have to contact them, but I don't live in America.
Is this a problem?

 

So I don't want to cause a bigger problem when I try to solve it.

 

 

Is there any possibility of spontaneous recovery?

Or this kind of problem living?

It could be a problem because you are technically going against their terms of service by making an account outside your region. Worst case scenario they could freeze your account. Best case, they help you. Depends on the agent. You'll also have to call the NA support line instead of your region's.

 

It might sort itself out. I've had times where I couldn't get 2factor messages and then it worked a few hours later.

 

Why can't you access any of your accounts? Are you logged out on every system? I usually keep any extra accounts logged in on my systems so I don't have to try and remember their emails/passwords.
